Mahera Collection is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Products that have been customized, altered, or personalized specifically for you.

  • Items showing obvious signs of use or damage not related to our quality inspection.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).

  3. Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and send you an email confirmation with instructions on where to send your package. Do not send the product back until you receive this confirmation.

4. Shipping for Returns

A. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return costs.

B. Buyer’s Remorse (Your Error)

If the return is due to the customer changing their mind, ordering the wrong size, or other non-fault reasons:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).

  • Rejection: If the item does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., it is used or damaged), the refund will be rejected, and we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@maheracollection.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size (subject to stock availability). If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@maheracollection.com to confirm availability and receive instructions.
